Aupairs in America:

• Are you aged between 18 and 26?

• Do you hold a valid full driving license?

• Do you enjoy working with children and have at least 200 hours recent practical child-care experience?

• Have you completed your secondary education?

• Do you speak English well?

• Are you willing to provide a police criminal record check?

• Do you agree to the programme's rules and code of conduct?

• Can you commit to a full year in America, living with an American family?

• Is this your first time as an Aupair in America?

Are you a national of one of the following countries?

Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Czech Republic
Denmark, Eire, Estonia, Finland, France
Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Israel
Latvia, Lithuania, Malta
Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway
Poland, Romania, Slovakia, South Africa
South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland
Turkey, United Kingdom

If you hold a recognised child-care qualification OR have two years recent full time child-care experience you could be an Aupair Extraordinaire.

Same qualifications as Aupair in America (above) but you may go to college in America. You will live with an American family, get free room and board, and pocket money. You will look after school-age children before and after school for up to 30 hours per week.
