TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read & understand before completing the "Need-a-Nanny?" registration form. 

1) All & any business that is undertaken by "Need-a-Nanny?" (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) is undertaken subject to the terms & conditions set out below. These terms & conditions will not vary unless expressly confirmed by the Agency in writing. The client (the prospective employer) shall also include any associate of the client. 

3) (a) An introduction fee is payable by the client to the Agency if the client engages or uses the services of, whether directly or indirectly, of any applicant introduced to the client by the Agency, or refers the applicant elsewhere within six months of that introduction.
(b) The introduction fee payable to the Agency is set out in the Fees Schedule below.

4) The client must notify the Agency immediately an applicant accepts an engagement & pay the Agency it's fee within seven (7) days of the invoice. 

5) The Agency endeavours to ensure but cannot guarantee the suitability of any applicant introduced to the client. The agency will not be held responsible for the accuracy of the references or personal details given by the applicant. The agency will also not be held responsible for any disputes, incidents or expenses etc., occurring between the client & the applicant. 

6) The agency guarantees that if no suitable replacement can be found, if the applicant leaves within 4 weeks, then the total fee will be refunded. If the applicant leaves between 4-6 weeks, half the fee will be refunded. If the applicant leaves after 6 weeks, there will be no refund. The agency must be informed, in writing, prior to the expiry time. The agency provides an introduction service only. Nannies are employed direct by the client & are required by law to register with the inspector of taxes as an employer. 

7) The agency reserves the right to withdraw a nanny if they believe the nanny to be subjected to exploitative conditions. In this event the employers shall not be entitled to replacement or refund of fees & the said nanny is entitled to any money owing for days worked.
